The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands-on care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Unity Registered Nurse (RN). All care is based on the RN’s comprehensive patient assessment and is delivered according to the patient’s individualized Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Plan of Care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
Schedule: Full-time (36 hours per week), four 9-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Weekend commitment is a minimum of every 3rd weekend (currently every eighth weekend). Includes on-call backup coverage for approximately 10–15 shifts per year and coverage for 1–2 holidays per year.
