CNS employees work in the privacy of each patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

This position is responsible for assisting the assigned client(s) with Daily Living Activities including but not limited to: Ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker services, dietary needs and other daily life activities. In addition, this position will report changes in client’s condition and needs and complete appropriate records.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR/First Aide Certification
• High School graduate or equivalent

Clearances The following background checks are conducted:

• Criminal background • Drug Screening/TB Test
• Driving Record • OIG Exclusion List
• Sex Offender Registry
