Wellsential Health is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to support Mission Valley Nursing and Transitional Care.

In this purpose driven role, you will:
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs as assigned
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Support special projects as assigned by nursing leadership
Shifts
- 2nd Shift: 2pm – 10pm

Requirements:
- Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
