Walnut Hills, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our night-shift team.

Whether you prefer the consistency of an 8-hour shift or the opportunity to work fewer days with a 12-hour shift, we have options to help you find a schedule that works for you.

Here, you’re more than a caregiver completing a checklist. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with residents, provide comfort and support, and help make sure they feel safe and cared for throughout the night.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA on our night team, you’ll play an important role in helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected throughout the overnight hours. You’ll:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Provide compassionate, dignified, resident-centered care
• Help residents prepare for and settle into their nighttime routines
• Monitor residents and communicate important changes to the nursing team
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
• Support residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Work together with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent care
• Be a dependable and reassuring presence for residents throughout the night

What You’ll Bring

• Current CNA certification
• A genuine desire to care for and connect with older adults
• Compassion, patience, and respect for the people you serve
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a dependable member of the team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
