In This Role You Will:

  • Provide supportive nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other required medical record information.
  • Assist residents with mobility, including transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests, ensuring timely and compassionate care.
  • Support meal service by transporting residents, assisting with feeding as needed, and ensuring proper tray distribution.
  • Provide restorative and supportive care in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Maintain resident rooms and personal belongings in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
  • Observe and immediately report changes in condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, or concerns to nursing leadership.
  • Follow infection control practices, safety protocols, HIPAA guidelines, and resident rights policies.
  • Support life enrichment, social services, and fitness programming to promote resident engagement and quality of life.

Shift Details:

  • Day & Night Shift - FT & PT: 7p-7:30a
    • Full-Time: 24-37hrs weekly!
    • Part-Time: 12-25hrs weekly!

Who You Are:

  • You have successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.
  • You have passed the state competency exam and are in good standing with the Nurse Aide Registry.
  • You demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism in caring for older adults.
  • You communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • You are dependable, attentive to detail, and able to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You understand and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • You are able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, transferring, and assisting residents safely.
  • Preferred: One or more years of CNA experience in a senior care or long-term care setting.
