Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Day
Pay Range: $21.00 – $28.00 (Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do

  • Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
  • Document all medication administration and report any changes in resident condition
  • Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Complete and renew required Maryland Board of Nursing certification
  • Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration
  • Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Medication Technician certification in good standing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of hands-on experience as a CMT—ideally in a vibrant healthcare setting.
  • Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
  • Top-notch attention to detail and organizational superpowers
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A heart full of compassion and a caring touch
  • Tech-savvy with electronic health records
