You would be responsible for coordinating patient flow in office, preparing patients for office visits, escorting patient to treatment rooms, obtaining patient information for medical records, and documenting information in patients’ chart.
What you will do
Prepares patients for office visits
Performs tasks including escorting patient to treatment room, obtaining pertinent patient information for medical record, and documenting information in patients’ chart
Processes patient telephone calls and correspondence for the practice
Organizes and prioritizes duties to optimize efficiency and promote positive patient outcomes. Scribes information on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Medical Assistant certification required
Must also have current CPR certification.
Preferable 1 to 2 years' experience in a medical office/hospital setting involving medical assisting and direct patient care

M-F - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
