The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting thorough incident investigations, with a strong focus on accurate report submission to safety departments in Gulf countries. This role requires deep knowledge of incident investigation processes, including root cause analysis and regulatory reporting.

This role requires deep knowledge of incident investigation processes, including root cause analysis and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive investigations of incidents, accidents, and near-misses within the oil and gas sector.

• Prepare detailed investigation reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission to safety departments, particularly for Gulf countries.

• Collaborate with HSE teams to develop corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

• Analyze investigation findings to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations during investigations.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in incident investigation within the oil and gas industry.

• Certification in incident investigation is required (e.g., TapRooT®, ICAM, RCA).

• Strong knowledge of incident reporting requirements for Gulf countries.

• Excellent report writing and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with HSE regulations and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
