Base Pay: $20+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Full Time Hours)

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client in Somerset. This full time weekday position offers consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What You Will Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support the client’s daytime routine, comfort, and safety
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
• Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
• Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive care environment

What We Are Looking For

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent full time care
• Compassionate, patient focused approach
• Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
