RD Nutrition Consultants is seeking a
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
for a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) supporting a skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional looking for a consistent weekday schedule and a supportive environment.

Position Details:

• 
  Schedule:
  Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• 
  Hours:
  40 hours per week
• 
  Compensation:
  $30.00–$32.00/hour (based on experience)
• 
  Travel:
  Paid travel time + mileage reimbursement
• 
  Contract Length:
  13-week initial contract (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee daily food service operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• 
  Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian to support nutrition programs and resident care
• 
  Manage inventory, ordering, and departmental budgets
• 
  Ensure menus are maintained and compliant with policies and regulations
• 
  Supervise dietary staff, including scheduling and training
• 
  Conduct routine kitchen and sanitation inspections
• 
  Participate in facility committees (QA, Infection Control, etc.)
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• 
  Active
  Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
  certification (required)
• 
  Minimum
  1 year of experience
  in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• 
  Previous supervisory experience preferred
• 
  Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• 
  Excellent organizational and communication skills
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
