HireNow Staffing is recruiting Certified CVOR Surgical Technologists for a healthcare client in Savannah, Georgia.

This opportunity is designed for certified surgical technologists with operating room experience and one to two years of cardiovascular operating room experience. Three positions are available on a full-time daytime schedule with rotating weekends.

HireNow Package

• Listed Base Pay: $28.00–$38.00, based on years of experience. Compensation frequency requires confirmation.
• Schedule: Full-time days with rotating weekends.
• Listed Shift Differentials: Second shift: $3.15; third shift: $4.00. Eligibility and pay basis require confirmation; these figures do not establish evening or night openings.

Role Overview

Anticipated responsibilities include

• Prepare the cardiovascular operating room, instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Establish and maintain the sterile field.
• Anticipate surgical team needs and provide instruments and supplies during procedures.
• Participate in surgical counts and other safety checks according to facility protocols.
• Support proper handling of surgical specimens and equipment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, circulating nurses, anesthesia providers, and other surgical team members.
• Assist with room turnover and readiness for subsequent cases.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Operating room experience.
• One to two years of CVOR experience, as stated in the requisition.
• Current surgical technology certification, with Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) listed.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS.

The requisition lists both current BLS and a requirement to obtain BLS within 30 days of employment. The employer's start-date requirement will be confirmed during screening.

• Inability to meet the employer's BLS requirement.
