You’ll work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, including work for property management companies—where no two days are the same. Contracting methods include design/build, consulting/design, straight bid, cost plus and negotiated contracting. Once the method is selected, specific services are then defined for the planning, preconstruction and construction phases of the project.
