Certified Auditor (Aerospace)

Currently seeking for a Certified Auditor to perform audits across USA to support our customer in Canada.

Potential of 10-15 audits per year for an ongoing contract base duration.

:

• Prepare and perform Supplier Quality System Audit
• Prepare and perform Supplier Designated Quality Representative Audit
• Write the audits reports
• SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) Management

Qualifications:

The candidate has:

• A certification of Auditor (AS9100D)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in aerospace
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auditor
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Supplier Quality Management
• Excellent knowledge of the AS9100 Quality Management Systems
• Problem solving expertise (8D, 5 Why’s, Fishbone, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
• Basic working knowledge and experience (e.g.: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 6-Sigma Green Belt, etc.). Sampling Procedures and Tables, Inspection Plans, and Special Processes.
• Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection
• Experience with AS13001 Supplier Self Release
• Ability to read customer and supplier engineering drawings including basic knowledge of GD& T.
• Less than two years of Inactivity as quality professional.
• Proven experience directly related to Aerospace Quality Management Systems and Manufacturing shop floor activity.
• Availability to travel more than 50% of the time
• Detail Oriented Self-Starter
