Orthopedic Surgery Center Powered by Orthopaedic Associates | Deaconess Health System | Evansville, Indiana

Opportunity Highlights

  • Weekday schedule 7a - 5p, no weekends or holidays (176 scheduled shifts annually), providing exceptional work-life balance.
  • Practice in a high-quality ambulatory surgery environment focused on orthopedic procedures.
  • Work as an integral member of a collaborative anesthesia care team alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs to deliver exceptional perioperative care.

Compensation & Incentives

W-2 Employment

  • Base Compensation: $316,800 annually ($180/hour)

Additional Incentives

  • $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (5-year commitment required)
  • Eligible for quality incentive of up to $8,800 annually

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
  • Certified or certification-eligible through the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
  • Eligible for or currently holding an active Indiana Anesthesiologist Assistant license
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
