The Opportunity

As a valued member of our Early Learning team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs tailored to children’s individual and group needs
  • Create warm, intentional and engaging interactions that support children’s learning and wellbeing
  • Work in line with the Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework and approved curriculum frameworks
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Document children’s learning and contribute to curriculum planning and delivery
  • This is a permanent full-time position, offering stability, growth and the chance to make a real impact every day.

About You

You will bring:

  • Certificate III in Children’s Services (or equivalent) recognised under relevant legislation
  • Sound knowledge of Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework
  • A genuine passion for early learning and child development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to manage your responsibilities collaboratively within a room team
  • You will also hold (or be willing to obtain):
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Level 2 & CPR
  • Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management certificates
