
The CEP TPM Intermediary analyst will support the CEP TPM team in Ireland with administration and governance of outsourcing and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) third-party arrangements in accordance with the EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements and DORA requirements. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, tracking actions, and supporting governance processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Outsourcing Administration
Maintain the Outsourcing Register and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Record new outsourcing and ICT third-party arrangements.
Update supplier information, contract dates, service descriptions, and ownership details.
Monitor contract renewal and expiry dates and notify relevant stakeholders.
Ensure required documentation is stored within approved repositories.
DORA Administration Support
Maintain records relating to ICT third-party service providers.
Assist with collecting documentation required under DORA.
Support the maintenance of information required for the Register of Information.
Track completion of due diligence documentation.
Assist with gathering evidence for ICT third-party oversight activities.
Governance Support
Schedule governance meetings relating to outsourcing and third-party risk.
Prepare meeting packs and agendas.
Record meeting minutes and action items.
Track completion of governance actions.
Maintain governance documentation.
Documentation Management
Ensure contracts, risk assessments, exit plans and due diligence documents are correctly filed.
Monitor document version control.
Ensure documentation follows internal record management standards.
Support document retrieval for audits and regulatory reviews.
Coordination
Liaise with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Compliance and business owners.
Coordinate requests for missing information.
Follow up outstanding actions.
Support onboarding of new third-party providers.
Reporting

Audit and Regulatory Support
Assist during internal audits.
