Your role

This role requires a leader who can combine operational discipline with strong business acumen. You will set direction, build organisational capability, and ensure LKAB Berg & Betong delivers according to both market demands and LKAB’s governance and long-term ambitions.

• A proven track record leading large, complex organisations with measurable success
• Strong background working with major companies in mining, construction, or industrial sectors
• Deep commitment to safety and experience with lean or structured operational excellence
• Ability to balance business agility with governance, structure, and compliance
• Strong analytical capability and a results-driven mindset
