A leading consulting firm in Israel is building a cutting-edge skill-based gaming platform - featuring Sudoku, Tetris, memory, and other interactive games where success depends purely on skill, not luck. The platform enables both free and paid play and operates fully legally in the U.S. market. Currently in mid-development, the company is on track to launch within 3-4 months and we’re looking for a hands-on CEO to take the lead.
Take full ownership of the platform’s growth and execution from development to market launch.
Oversee and manage the product and tech teams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Build the company’s operational infrastructure - from marketing and payments to user acquisition.
Drive business strategy and revenue growth through performance marketing, partnerships, and traffic generation (particularly in the U.S. market).
Collaborate closely with the founders to define KPIs, budgets, and long-term strategy.
Build and lead the core team post-launch (product, marketing, operations, customer success).
Represent the company externally, building strategic relationships and partnerships across the gaming ecosystem.
Proven leadership experience in online gaming, real-money gaming, or ad-tech companies.
Strong operational and analytical background - understands both product and business sides.
Hands-on operator, comfortable “getting their hands dirty” in an early-stage environment.
Deep understanding of traffic acquisition, affiliates, and performance marketing (especially in the U.S.).
Entrepreneurial mindset, energetic, driven, and execution-focused.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling new business lines.
Excellent English (spoken and written).
