Quantum Gaming is a global iGaming technology and solutions company focused on building, launching and scaling online casino and sportsbook businesses. The company provides flexible platform solutions, gaming content, payments and supporting technology through White Label, Turnkey, Marketplace and Software Sales models.

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior executive leader to drive the company’s overall strategy, commercial growth and operational performance across international markets. The role requires deep iGaming expertise across both B2B and B2C, combined with strong commercial, financial, technical and operational understanding. The successful candidate will lead sales, partnerships, market expansion, product and technology direction, financial and organisational scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company strategy, growth plans and international market expansion.
• Lead B2B sales, affiliate partnerships, commercial negotiations and high-level proposals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of B2B and B2C casino operations, including player behaviour, conversion, retention, monetisation and customer journeys.
• Oversee website, product and platform performance, including UX, conversion optimisation, integrations and technical development.
• Understand and oversee key operational areas including customer support, payments, KYC, AML and fraud prevention.
• Assess markets, competitors, companies and potential acquisition or partnership opportunities.
• Lead fundraising activities, including investor strategy, fundraising decks, company valuations, financial assessments, due diligence and investor pitching.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, costings, budgets, revenue models and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop management teams, recruitment, organisational structure and operational scaling.
• Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure technology and products align with commercial and customer requirements.
• Manage key commercial relationships, supplier negotiations, strategic partnerships and major business decisions.

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Extensive senior-level experience within iGaming, particularly both B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong understanding of casino operations, sportsbook, gaming products, affiliate marketing, player behaviour and commercial performance.
• Strong technical understanding of IT, platforms, websites, integrations, UX, conversion optimisation and product development.
• Knowledge of payments, KYC/AML, fraud prevention and customer support operations.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, commercial negotiations and international market expansion.
• Experience preparing and assessing fundraising decks, financial models, company valuations and investment opportunities.
• Strong financial, analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Proven ability to build, manage and scale teams and businesses.
• Ability to operate across commercial, technical, operational and financial functions at executive level.
