Job Description

Your Mission & Challenges

  • You take ownership of your own workstreams in strategic and mission-critical projects – from conceptual analysis to execution.
  • You structure complex problems, distill them into clear recommendations, and prepare decisions for our C-Level.
  • You conduct market, competitive, and company analyses and develop data models and strategic frameworks.
  • You work cross-functionally with departments such as Strategy, Finance, Product & Tech, Sales & Marketing, and People & Culture, driving initiatives to completion across organizational boundaries.

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong academic record in business, engineering, or a comparable field of study, ideally with international experience.
  • Availability for an internship of 3 to 6 months.
  • A strong interest in Physical AI, strategy, business development, and building a fast-growing tech company.
  • Relevant hands-on experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or a fast-growing startup.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with a structured, independent, and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and the willingness to take on responsibility from day one.
  • Confident written and spoken communication in German and English, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

NEURA Robotics is a German high-tech company founded in 2019 in Metzingen near Stuttgart with the goal to revolutionize the world of robotics. Our mission is to expand the skill set of robots with cognitive capabilities so that they can work with humans in existing environments without having to invest in complex and costly safety systems.
