The Chief of Staff/CEO Office is responsible for driving business strategy - from formulating, spearheading the execution, tracking key milestones, and communicating with key stakeholders at Company and Group level. The executive will report directly to the CEO/President Director of the Company and liaise closely with the Groups Strategy and Corporate Finance functions.
The executive will report directly to the CEO/President Director of the Company, and will be empowered to utilize group-level resources for strategy and corporate finance capabilities.
Required Experience and Capabilities
Design and execution of company wide, new-market penetration strategy for financial services, preferably shifting from B2B to B2C, or from agent-based to digital-direct.
Large multi-vertical conglomerate identification and execution of synergies, primarily bundling of products for HNW banking and mass-market fintech customers
Fundraising and/or budgeting of large projects to C-level stakeholders or General Partners of investment companies
>8 years of combined experience in the above roles and responsibilities
