Telcoin Europe UAB is focused on delivering next-generation payment infrastructure and digital financial solutions across Europe. We are expanding our regional operations and are seeking an experienced executive to help scale our business, strengthen operational excellence, and drive execution across multiple jurisdictions.

The Opportunity

As CEO, you will define and execute the company's strategic vision while ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Board, you will lead business growth, strengthen banking and institutional partnerships, oversee regulated financial operations, and position Telcoin Europe as a leading provider of innovative payment and digital asset solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's strategic and commercial vision.
• Lead all business operations, financial performance, and organisational growth.
• Drive expansion across European markets and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with regulators, banking partners, payment schemes, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with European regulatory frameworks, including PSD2/PSD3, MiCA, AML/CTF, DORA, and EMI requirements.
• Lead the development of payment, embedded finance, and digital asset products.
• Foster a high-performance culture with strong governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Report directly to the Board on strategy, performance, and key business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of executive leadership experience within regulated financial services.
• Previous CEO, Managing Director, Deputy CEO, COO, or Executive Director experience.
• Strong background in banking, payments, fintech, Electronic Money Institutions (EMI), or Payment Institutions (PI).
• Demonstrated success in scaling regulated financial businesses and leading international teams.
• Deep understanding of European payments, banking infrastructure, treasury, and financial regulation.
• Experience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, or crypto financial services is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, commercial, and strategic execution skills.
• Being a Lithuanian resident is a must.
