The Program

The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs.[GT1.1]

This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. [GT2.1]

Finance

The Finance track provides customized rotations across Global Brands, Regional Finance, and Corporate Finance, that will enable participants to gain hands-on experience in key financial functions. Key focus areas include Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting & Controllership, and New Business Development.

o Global Brand FP&A – Estee Lauder Brand

o North America Finance – Hair Care Cluster

o Global Value Chain Finance (Supply Chain and R&D)

How the PA Program Helps Participants Succeed

Support From Leaders

• Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship
• Immediate exposure to senior leadership
• Informal and formal feedback

Developmental Programs

• Intensive three-week onboarding program
• Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations
• Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the program

Post-Program Placement

Upon successful completion of the program, PAs are considered for Assistant Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.

Deadline & Recruitment Process Timeline

• Submission deadline: You must apply by Friday, September 25, 2026, at 5pm EST for your application to be considered.
• The interview process will occur mid-September through November.
• Program start date: September 13, 2027

Compensation

• The anticipated salary for this position is $72,000.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with same graduation dates and up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies)
• Relevant internship experience
• Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• Global exposure/study abroad is a plus
• Ability to relocate to New York City[GT5.1]
