Job Description

Our client is a private investment group planning to acquire leading beverage manufacturing businesses in Thailand.

The companies are entering a transformation phase, aiming to upgrade product quality, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate commercial growth.

We are hiring a CEO to lead this turnaround and build a strong, scalable platform for future expansion.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership, including short-term financial stabilisation and long-term profitable growth
• Lead a turnaround strategy focused on operational excellence, product quality improvement, supply chain resilience, and cost optimisation
• Strengthen manufacturing capabilities with enhanced productivity, quality systems, and new technology adoption where required
• Develop a clear commercial strategy that elevates brand presence, expands distribution channels, and wins market share in Thailand and export markets
• Coach, align, and inspire cross-functional teams across manufacturing, sales, marketing, quality, and finance
• Build strong relationships with key retail, distributor, and regulatory partner
• Drive performance management, culture change, and organisational effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with the Board and investment owners, providing data-driven insights, plans, and progress reports
• Identify future M&A or product innovation opportunities to support growth ambitions

Ideal Profile

• 15+ years of experience in F&B or beverage manufacturing, including juice, water, non-alcoholic drinks, or FMCG brands with strong production footprints
• Proven track record in business turnaround or transformation, ideally with factory upgrades or cost restructuring achievements
• Solid understanding of P&L leadership, end-to-end supply chain, regulatory compliance, and large-scale workforce management
• Experience working with or reporting to investment owners/Board of Directors
• Strategic mindset paired with strong operational execution
• Able to lead change, inspire people during challenging phases, and build accountability at every level
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai
