In thiscontextthe company leadership hasdecidedthe creation of a dedicated Regional Business Unit to cover EMEA

The CEO EMEA willbe responsible forleading, structuring, and accelerating the performance of L‑Acoustics’ EMEA regional business,consolidatingallregional commercialactivities under a unified leadership.(Sales & Sales Operations,Application,Business Development).While the EMEA regional entity is not yet a fully formed organization, this role will drive commercial excellence, strengthen market presence, and build the strategic and operational foundations for a high‑performing regional platform.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the CEO EMEA will playa central rolein translating global strategy into regional execution, accelerating revenue growth, and shaping long‑term market development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership and Revenue Growth (Initial Core Mandate)

  • Hold full topline accountability for the EMEA region from day one.
  • Drive commercial strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and expansion across existing and emerging markets.
  • Strengthen performance across sales, business development, application engineering, and go‑to‑market operations.
  • Develop commercial roadmaps for high‑potential countries and verticals.
  • Implement commercial KPIs, forecasting accuracy, performance management routines, and reporting standards.
  • Ensure alignment between pricing, channel strategy, and regional growthobjectives
  • Ensure delivery of agreed regional sales revenue, operating profit, and expense ratio targets.

Organizational Development, Talent Leadership & EMEA BU Organizational Construction

  • Build and lead a high‑performing EMEA leadership team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus across the region.
  • Identifycapability gaps and staffingrequirements,partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment, development, and talent planning.
  • Provide leadership through clear targets, incentives, performance management routines, and learning & development programs.
  • Contribute to the organizational construction of the future EMEA Business Unit,participatingin the definition of its mission, operating perimeter, and organizational model as the regional structure evolves.
  • Support the identification of functions currently housed within the Group/HQ that may transition into the EMEA regional structure (e.g., communications, operations support, finance, HR-depending on the final design).
  • Help build phased organizational roadmaps covering change management, talent deployment, and capability building.
  • Work with senior functional leadership to define future financial governance, cost structures, and operational cadence supporting eventual expanded regional responsibilities and future P&L stewardship.

Team Leadership and Business Analysis

  • Direct team activities to achieve businessobjectivesthrough strong market, customer, and competitor analysis.
  • Review,maintain, and enhance business processes in coordination withappropriate functionalteams to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Ensure disciplined execution, continuous evaluation of performance, and systematic improvement of business operations.

Performance, Governance & Financial Stewardship

  • Establish regional performance management systems, financial processes, and KPIs.
  • Review financial statements, sales reports, and activity metrics to measure productivity, goal achievement, and opportunities for cost optimization and program improvement.
  • Define the annual regional budget in collaboration with global division leaders andmaintainbudget adherence throughout the fiscal year.
  • Provideaccurate,timelyreporting and strategic insights to the global executive team.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards across diversejurisdictions

Legal Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure all regional operationscomply withapplicable laws, regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and corporate safety procedures.
  • Champion adherence to internal governance frameworks and global risk‑management practices.

Industry Intelligence and Market Development

  • Leverage existing networks tomaintaindeep market, customer, and competitor intelligence.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices anddisseminatemarket and customer insights throughout the organization.
  • Identifyand materialize opportunities for expanding solutions in existing and new market segments.

Brand Development and Relationship Management

  • Represent the L‑Acoustics brand, values, and corporate culture across the EMEA region with consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain and enhance corporate image, reputation, and brand equity.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with major accounts, partners, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand loyalty and long‑term trust.

Marketing and Communication

  • Establish and coordinate regional marketingobjectives, policies, and programs in alignment with the Group Marketing Policy.
  • Translate marketing strategies into daily commercial actions in collaboration with sales and application teams.
  • Lead regional internal communications to increase awareness of corporate direction, priorities, and initiatives.

Experience, skills &educational background

  • Master’s degree in business managementor equivalent
  • A minimum of15 years of experience inGeneralManagement, ideally as aCountry orRegionalP&L leaderinan internationalmatrix organization.
  • Proventrack recordofP&Lleadership in theEMEAregion.
  • Experience within a technology driven company, ideally in aBtoBenvironment.
  • Provenexpertisein developing effectivestrategies in close collaboration with global functional leadership,showcasinga demonstrated capability to create strategic plans and translate them into tangible and impactful outcomes.
  • Backgroundin a company withpremium market positioningis a plus
