The Opportunity The CEO will take overall responsibility for the Group’s business performance, growth strategy and operational excellence , with a strong mandate to accelerate expansion and strengthen the organisation’s market position. The ideal leader will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen and a proven track record of revenue growth, market expansion and stakeholder management . Key Responsibilities Set and execute the Group’s overall business strategy, growth agenda and commercial direction . Drive revenue growth, profitability and market share across the Group. Identify and convert new growth opportunities, including new campuses, programmes, markets, partnerships and strategic investments . Build a strong commercial engine across sales, marketing, admissions, partnerships and business development . Develop and execute aggressive yet sustainable student acquisition and enrolment strategies . Strengthen the Group’s brand positioning and competitive differentiation. Lead and develop a high-performance leadership team, establishing clear KPIs, accountability and execution discipline . Oversee the Group’s operational performance while ensuring high standards in academic quality, student experience and governance . Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, investors and industry leaders. Evaluate and execute M&A, joint ventures and strategic partnerships where appropriate. Ensure the organisation remains agile, customer-focused and commercially competitive in a rapidly evolving education landscape. Provide strong leadership during periods of transformation, expansion and organisational change. Requirements We are looking for a builder, not a caretaker . The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate: Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Business Unit Head or senior commercial leader with full P&L responsibility. Strong track record of business growth, revenue generation and commercial transformation . Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales-led growth strategies . Entrepreneurial and highly execution-oriented mindset. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, retention and unit economics . Experience scaling businesses, entering new markets or launching new business lines. Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, challenge and develop teams. Commercially astute with strong financial and strategic judgement. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience within education, consumer services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, technology or other high-growth service businesses will be advantageous.
