Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
20+ years of senior leadership experience in steel, pipes, castings, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
Strong expertise in P&L management, plant operations, commercial strategy, and business development.
Proven track record in leading large-scale manufacturing businesses, driving growth, and improving operational performance.
