Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and Latam. Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon and Vitaance. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, have generated more than $3B in shareholders value and currently employ more than 3000 persons.

At Antai, we partner-up and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. In the last 10 years, we have gained experience in a variety of business models (E-Commerces/DNVBs, B2B SaaS, Marketplaces) operating in a wide range of industries including Edutech, Grocery, Healthtech, Fintech, Insurtech, Proptech, Autotech among others.

We are now looking for founders to invest in to build our next big venture in the Maintenance Tech - B2B SaaS space.

As a founder, you’ll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We’ll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, sharing the journey providing you with strategic, financial and operational support in all the key areas (growth, product, tech, data, legal, finance, business development and fundraising) to quickly go from 0 to 1.

As a Co-Founder you will be responsible for:

• Designing commercial and growth strategies
• Building, leading and motivating a strong commercial team
• Process engineering: leading the process of digitalization of the operative and commercial processes
• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
• Attracting, retaining and leading the best talent
• Building trust with key partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Solid experience in fast-growing startups
• Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty
• A go-getter, hands-on attitude to get things done
• +5 years of experience, having previously held a leadership position
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Proved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources
• Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
• Experience in Maintenance Tech or vSaaS for Blue Collar industries a big plus
