Job Description
As CEO you will be the P&L owner, with responsibility for all business functions, You will need to demonstrate a strong learning agility, curiosity, humility, and self-motivation to drive accountability and engagement throughout the organization. Championing a playbook approach to drive growth across the different functions, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic business planning, setting long-range annual and quarterly goals (both financial and non-financial)
- Preparing forecasts and P&L projections
- Initiative planning annually and quarterly with associated revenues
- Talent management, development plans and succession planning for BU Heads
- Ensuring each BU publishes appropriate metrics
- Organising and presenting Quarterly Operations Reviews
- Preparing and presenting annual strategic review to management
- Assessment, integration and oversight of any newly acquired functional assets
- Hands-on participation in resolving day-to-day issues including those related to sales performance, sales opportunity management, sales forecasting, R&D capacity management, services resourcing, global coverage, customer support, and customer project delivery
Skills & Competencies
- Undergraduate Degree in computer science or similar
- Master of Business Administration considered an asset
- Knowledge and experience of SaaS business models
- 10+ years experience as a P&L leader in a software company
- International/global responsibility and experience
- Telecoms software industry domain knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with strategic mindset
- Team player and outstanding ability to work with and through others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High curiosity and ability to investigate and learn new technologies
- Ability to travel when safe to do so
