Our client is a leading French bakery chain company based in HK.

Responsibilities:

Leading French bakery chain company.
Lead a group over 50 employees across the group.
Manage retail existing network and manage new openings.
Manage other company aspects from operations, marketing, to sales and finance.
Develop company strategy.

Requirements:

Degree holder.
Minimum of 10 years F&B experience.
Turnover in excess of HKD30M.
Good command of spoke French, English and Mandarin.
Immediate available is preferred.
