About the Role:

Our client is a leading bank in Cebu.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of the business and affairs of the bank governed by the strategic direction and risk appetite approved by the board of directors
• Accountable to the board of directors in championing the desired conduct and behavior, implementing strategies, and in promoting the long-term interest of the bank

Requirements:

• A graduate of any bachelors degree, preferably business-related course; post-graduate studies (Masters/Doctorate Degree) is an advantage.
• At least 10-15 years of relevant, extensive, and solid experience in banking and/or financial institutions, 5 years senior leadership exposure.

Work Arrangement: Full onsite

Work Location: Cebu

Working Days: Mondays to Fridays 8:30AM to 5:30PM
