About the client

Our client is a publicly listed, Thailand-based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider with global operations. The company has a strong footprint in high-growth sectors such as industrial electronics, automotive, telecommunications, and medical devices.

Role Purpose

Lead and execute a transformational growth agenda: scale revenue and profitability, evolve the company into a higher-value, innovation-led EMS provider, and expand strategically in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion Develop and drive multi-year growth plan; prioritise new verticals like EV/medtech; penetrate Europe and ASEAN.
  2. P&L & Financial Oversight Ensure annual revenue/EBITDA targets; optimise margins through lean manufacturing.
  3. Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation Implement Industry 4.0, smart factory, quality-first mindset.
  4. Customer Leadership & Brand Win/expand major OEM accounts globally; position company as a trusted, high-value partner.
  5. People & Culture Build top-tier executive team; foster high-performance, innovative culture.
  6. M&A & Partnerships Lead opportunities in startups or adjacent businesses to complement core capabilities.
  7. Investor Relations & Governance Represent company to investors, analysts, regulators; ensure SET-listed compliance.

Required Experience & Capabilities

  • 15+ years senior leadership in EMS/manufacturing/OEM/C-tier industrial technology.
  • Proven growth track record: revenue +1520% CAGR in complex manufacturing firm.
  • Digital/lean transformation credited to personal leadership.
  • Experience in public listed-company governance, Board and investor interface.
  • Global mindset, likely lived/worked in ASEAN/EMEA/China/US.
  • Technical domain: industrial electronics, medtech, automotive components.
  • Fluency in English & Thai
  • Leadership style: high-energy, entrepreneurial, change-oriented, strong interpersonal presence.
