About the role
Our Perth CBD Donor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors. Working collaboratively in a team, a day in the centre could see you:
Our flexible self-paced paid training program has a balance between on-the-job practice, and online class schedules (if you're new to this role) to ensure that you are well supported. Besides having a real passion to deliver an amazing donor experience, you’ll need to be able to have:
Strong Customer Service Experience Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Comfortable in a Front-Facing Role Confident and approachable, with the ability to engage with donors and visitors to provide excellent service.
Eager to Take on New Responsibilities Motivated to contribute to managing the volunteer program and assist where needed to support the team.
Willingness to Learn Open to developing new skills
Rotating Roster & Flexible Schedule Available to work at least two shifts per week, Monday to Sunday, with a mix of AM, midday, and PM shifts to align with donor needs. Shifts are scheduled four weeks in advance on a rotating roster.
Please note that for the first 3 weeks of this role, availability will be required to complete our training program. This will be a paid, full-time program for the duration of those 3 weeks. Once completed, you will then revert back to your contracted hours.
