Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

  • Effectively and efficiently manage the Relationship Managers and Premier Relationship Directors in delivering performance targets, sales standards, service quality, and risk management within the Premier Channel.
  • Strategically plan and execute all Premier business initiatives, organize and implement Premier sales activities to generate sales volume, and ensure the Bank's Premier platform maintains a strong presence in the local market.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience to maintain strong rapport and loyalty among all Premier customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Management

Revenue

  • Lead business development activities and ensure alignment of business strategy/plans with Premier Channel's strategies.
  • Plan and execute clients' marketing events/activities on a monthly basis to drive sales.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage Branch resources by collaborating with Branch Managers (BM), Branch Sales personnel, and Affluent & Wealth Regional Sales Heads to drive and expand the Premier customer base, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Manage the Premier Sales and Service team to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Optimize customer interaction tools such as ONYX and campaign leads to deliver sales results and increase staff productivity.
  • Practice the use of sales methodology and Financial Journeys to achieve targets.

Service

  • Deliver high-level, consistent service and quality standards to all Premier customers.
  • Build and enhance the value proposition of the Premier Banking Channel.

People

  • Build and develop staff competencies and sales & service capabilities.
  • Responsible for recruitment and staff retention.

Compliance

  • Ensure the team adheres to all related regulatory requirements, policies, operational risk, legal, and compliance matters, including processes and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure there are no operational and control lapses amongst team members.
