We are looking for a people-focused ECE leader who loves building great relationships, supporting a team and keeping things running smoothly. As a privately-owned centre, there will be minimal roadblocks to reach goals and get things done. We want you to bring your ideas and passions to the role. This role is in Rolleston and is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Qualified and Registered
• Living in NZ with the right to work (not an accredited employer)
• Has ECE leadership experience
• Organised, calm and solutions-focused
• A confident communicator and mentor
• Great at building genuine relationships
• Comfortable with systems, technology and the day-to-day running of a centre
