Tall Tree Early Learning Leederville is seeking an inspiring, people-focused, and child safety driven Centre Manager to lead our beautiful 92-place service. About the Role:

As Centre Manager, you will lead a passionate and collaborative team across our 92-place Leederville service, driving high-quality education and care while fostering a positive and inclusive culture for children, families, and educators alike.

You will play a key role in:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Building strong relationships with families and the local community
  • Supporting quality practice and educational excellence
  • Ensuring compliance, child safety, and operational success
  • Inspiring a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for children and educators

About You:

  • Have previous leadership experience within Early Childhood Education
  • Are passionate about pedagogy and quality practice
  • Value child safety, compliance, and best-practice governance
  • Lead with empathy, professionalism, and authenticity
  • Enjoy mentoring and developing teams
  • Are organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Love building positive team culture and strong family relationships
