Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager. Reach out for more information!

Duties include:

  • Oversee daily operations of a learning centre, including scheduling, staffing, and student onboarding.

  • Maintain high academic and service standards.

  • Supervise teaching quality and curriculum delivery.

  • Support teacher training, performance, and development.

  • Lead parent communication, enrollments, and retention.

  • Manage basic administration, reporting, and inventory.


Requirements


  • Experience managing an education or learning centre.

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.

  • Background in early years education, phonics, or literacy preferred.

  • Commercial awareness and strong customer-service mindset.

  • Fluent in English & Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
