About You / Selection Criteria

We're seeking a confident, approachable leader who can lead
and inspire their team, foster strong community relationships, and maintain
high-quality standards. You will:

• Have
  2+ years' Director experience
• Hold
  a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (ACECQA Approved)
• Hold
  current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Child Protection and
  Child Safety (gekkko) training
• Be
  passionate about play-based learning, secure attachments with children
  & environment as the 3rd teacher
• Excel
  in mentoring educators and creating positive workplace culture through
  hands on guiding and role-modelling best practice
• Experience
  managing service budgets
• Experience
  with compliance with the children’s services regulations and law, and the
  assessment and rating process

Your Day to Day

• Lead
  & inspire your team - provide daily guidance, mentoring, and support
• Drive
  curriculum excellence - collaborate with our Educational Leader & educators
  to deliver a fun, engaging and play based curriculum
• Oversee
  compliance & safety - rosters, ratio, documentation & regulatory
  compliance
• Build
  strong family connections - create a welcoming, community-focused service
  including family and community events
• Manage
  budgets & resources - ensure the Centre thrives operationally &
  financially
• Be
  on a continuous journey of reflection and continuous improvement for how
  we can be the safest and best early education and care provider
