As a Centre Coordinator within Member Services, you’re the first point of connection for our members—and the one who sets the tone for their entire experience. You bring energy, organization, and a genuine passion for helping people, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, efficient, and meaningful.

In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you’ll balance front-line member support with administrative coordination. From managing appointment flow to connecting members with the right experts, you play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage traffic flow, appointments, and promote self-service options to reduce wait times
  • Maintain a clean, organized space while supporting administrative and reception tasks

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma
  • 2–3 years of retail, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking skills
