Wearelooking for apart timeCentre Administrator to support our kaiako, whānau and Centre Manager in a role that brings warmth,accuracyand clear communication to our daily mahi.

About you

  • Administration experience in ECE or a similar service organisation

  • Exceptional attention to detail,confidentialityand accuracy

  • Strong communicationskills and a warm, professional nature

  • Ability to work with initiative and manage your own time in a busy setting

  • Tech savvy with good MS Office and system skills

  • Understanding of ECE legislation, 20 hours ECE and WINZ subsidies is a bonus

The mahi:

  • Maintain the Child Management System to ensure data entry isaccurate

  • Act as the first point of call for administrative queries

  • Create and maintain high quality relationships with parents and whānau

  • Respond to phone, email and social media enquiries in a timely manner

  • Manage invoicing, parent payments and debtor follow up in line with policy

  • Support families with completing WINZ paperwork and applications

  • Reconcile staff timesheets and provide payroll support for the centre

  • Assist the Centre Manager with general admin, health and safety records and organisational tasks
