In this position, you willbe responsible formanaging appointment scheduling, responding to client inquiries, andmaintainingaccuraterecords. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring a smooth scheduling process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the appointment system efficiently, ensuring clients are scheduled appropriately.
• Screen referrals for service needs, pulling them into working queues, and process referrals accordingly.
• Schedule first-time appointments for Outpatient and Psychiatric Services upon provider call outs.
• Respond to all emails,providing assistanceor directing inquiries to theappropriate staffmembers.
• Perform clerical tasks such as sending appointment letters/reminders,maintainingfiling systems, generating reports, completing activity logs, and entering information into tracking systems ina timelymanner.
• Verify client insurance eligibility and referral sources using various online platforms and software systems.
• Take onadditionalduties asassigned by the supervisor to support the overall functioning of the office.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•Previouscustomer service experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year ofpreviouscall center experience is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
• Willingness to follow directions and accept supervision, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
