  • Ensure inspection, mechanical work, PDI, detailing, photography, fueling, tint, cosmetic work and final quality control are completed promptly.
  • Lead, schedule and develop approximately 49 employees, including technicians, detailers, drivers, photographers and support staff.
  • Coordinate priorities across Chevrolet, Volvo, Nissan, CDJR, Isuzu and Kia operations.
  • Work closely with General Managers, Used Car teams and the auction/purchasing team to reduce time to market and support sales demand.

  • Proven leadership experience managing people, workflow and multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical repair, vehicle inspection, PDI, detailing and lot preparation.
  • Proficiency with Rapid Recon; working knowledge of CDK, vAuto and dealership systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

What Success Looks Like

Vehicles move quickly from arrival to retail-ready status; managers have clear visibility into every vehicle and delay; quality standards remain consistent across stores; costs and vendors are actively managed; and the operation has capacity to support Courtesy growth in 2027 and beyond.
