The Centralized Operations Manager is responsible for leading and developing Operations Analysts (OAs) through a centralized operating model that drives consistency, operational rigor, and strong performance across Financial Centers and Markets.

This role serves as a critical connector between Regional leadership and the National Operations organization, ensuring field execution aligns with enterprise standards, priorities, and operating practices. The Centralized Operations Manager leads the evolution of the OA operating model, strengthening execution, reducing variability, and enabling sustained business and client outcomes through disciplined operational leadership, thereby enabling Financial Center employees and leaders to focus on acquiring and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Analysts aligned to assigned regions, ensuring consistent execution of operational priorities and performance expectations
• Drive the evolution and elevation of the Operations Analyst operating model, reinforcing standardized practices, tools, and accountability across regions
• Partner closely with Regional Operations Managers, Region Executives, and Performance Managers to support regional priorities while maintaining clear role alignment and ownership
• Translate national operational strategies, policies, and initiatives into effective and consistent field execution through the Operations Analyst team
• Provide ongoing performance management, inspection, and feedback to Operations Analysts to reinforce operational rigor, risk discipline, and continuous improvement
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across regions by leveraging data, metrics, and field insights; escalate and influence resolution as appropriate
• Ensure adherence to enterprise process, risk, and control standards, supporting timely issue identification, escalation, and remediation
• Support audit, risk, and compliance activities impacting Operations Analysts, including preparation, response, and remediation follow‑through
• Foster strong collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Business Controls, and enterprise partners to support effective delivery of operational initiatives
• Contribute to stakeholder materials, reporting, and operational insights to support regional and national leadership decision‑making

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • Experience managing large geography

  • Up to 60% travel required

  • Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/clients

  • Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Assess and learn partner’s business, priorities, and challenges followed by execution

  • Ability to attract, recruit and retain an effective operations team

  • Exercises good judgment and experience to make timely and effective decisions
