Position: Central Supply Coordinator

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr

Schedule: Monday- Friday

We are currently seeking a Central Supply Coordinator to join our Health Center team. Who you are:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • OR minimum of one (1) year of procurement, purchasing, or inventory experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience with inventory management systems (barcode scanning preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in both administrative and clinical support environments

Essential Job Duties:

  • Process and manage purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock for the Health Center
  • Track deliveries, maintain ETA updates, and reconcile invoices
  • Monitor inventory systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with Accounting on invoice variances
  • Support Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) operations and compliance activities
  • Maintain organization of supply areas and ensure operational efficiency

All Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility.
