Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Central Supply Clerk / Nurse Scheduler to join our team.

Pay: $20–$28 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Benefits: Available

The Central Supply Clerk / Nurse Scheduler plays an important role in supporting resident care and daily facility operations. This position is responsible for maintaining medical and general supply inventory while also assisting with nurse scheduling to help ensure appropriate staffing and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the facility’s medical and general supply inventory.

  • Monitor supply levels and ensure essential items are available when needed.

  • Place and track supply orders and verify deliveries.

  • Organize and distribute supplies efficiently throughout the facility.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Assist with nurse scheduling and staffing coordination.

  • Help fill open shifts and communicate schedule changes with nursing staff.

  • Work closely with nursing leadership and other departments to support resident care.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked supply area.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare, central supply, scheduling, or a skilled nursing facility preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

  • Comfortable working with staff, vendors, and facility leadership.

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software preferred.
