Central Supply

Location: Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Medford, OR)

Pay: $22.00/HR - $26.00/HR (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time (Standard business hours)

Responsibilities:

• Verify census daily; prepare and distribute supplies to fit the need of the facility.
• Monitor inventory and stock supplies maintained at nurses station in supply points; distribute appropriate supplies.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Assist Administrative and nursing staff as assigned.
• Report to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Report for work in neat attire and consistently present an appropriate professional appearance.
• Work cooperatively with residents, representatives, facility staff, physicians, consultants, and ancillary service providers.
• Agree not to disclose residents protected health information (PHI) and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
• Ensure that the department computer work station left unattended is properly logged off or the password protected screensaver activates within established facility policy guidelines.
• Report suspected resident abuse immediately to the Administrator.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and be able to follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
