Assignments are performed in alignment with departmental priorities and organizational goals.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining appropriate inventory levels within assigned supply locations by replenishing supplies to established PAR levels, placing orders to maintain stock availability, and assessing inventory utilization and inventory turns to adjust PAR levels based on changing demand. Additional duties include receiving incoming shipments, verifying delivered supplies against packing slips and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, and transporting supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds to designated locations. The incumbent will restock inventory supply areas, maintain organized storage spaces, and ensure products are properly stored and rotated.

The CST is responsible for completing all aspects of PAR inventory management, including restocking supply locations, managing module supply carts in assigned clinical areas, maintaining accurate inventory records, and following up on vendor direct orders to ensure timely delivery of supplies. This role also includes maintaining and updating barcode labels to support accurate inventory tracking and system alignment.
