The Central Scheduling Agent will assist the Central Scheduling team in the performance of their job duties, such as answering emails and calling customers.

Job duties/responsibilities may include, but not limited to;

• Responsible for calling customers

• They will keep Insightly and calendars updated and accurate

• Inbound scheduling calls
