J OB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum: High School Diploma
Preferred: Medical terminology coursework and/or medical certification program.
Minimum: 1-3 years call center experience with emphasis on customer service within healthcare setting.
Preferred: 5 years preferred experience in outpatient scheduling for multiple departments including experience and knowledge of CPT/ICD 10-CM codes
