A Central Relationship Manager at Fidelity strengthens client relationships through personalized, long-term guidance and proactive outreach. In this role, you will engage current and prospective clients through phone and written communications, delivering a personalized and exceptional client experience. Partnering closely with a Financial Consultant, you will help strengthen client relationships and support asset growth. You will also leverage monthly sales campaigns, identify asset consolidation opportunities, and conduct strategic sales interactions that advance clients through the sales cycle and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
